Rose Club F.A.Q.

I've just joined the rose club, what happens next?

Welcome aboard, rose lover! You will receive an automated email detailing your order you can just sit back and wait for your 1st delivery to arrive on your preferred delivery date.

When is my next Rose Club/Year of Rose delivery?

Your first delivery is up to you. You can have it next day or any date in the future that suits, based on this actual first delivery date (not the date you ordered) all subsequent 1, 2 or 3 monthly deliveries are as follows:

When is my Rose Club recurring payment taken?

Your 1st payment is taken when you place the order and the recurring payment of either £24.00 (single rose) or £44.00 (12 roses) only (not the amount you may have paid if you have added extras) will be taken on the 26th of the month preceding your next delivery date as detailed above.

Example: Say you order a 2-monthly subscription and select January 23rd as your first delivery date. Because that's after the 18th of the month your first subscription order will arrive the first week of April and the payment will come out on the 26th March.

How do I Cancel my Rose Subscription?

After an initial commitment of 2 Rose Club deliveries you can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden charges. If however you decide to cancel your subscription before the 2nd delivery arrives then we will deem your 1st delivery was intended as a One-Off gift and charge you the difference between the discounted cost of the recurring Rose Club Subscription and either £29 for a single rose and £59 for a bouquet. We do this to prevent the misuse of our introductory Rose Club special offers.

Is my 1st Rose Club Delivery letterbox friendly?

No, your 1st delivery is upgraded to either our Luxury Single Rose Box or our Luxury Bouquet, after this all remaining deliveries are sent in letterbox friendly packaging, so there is no need to worry about not being in when they arrive. We also include additional info about the rose we have sent alongside some unique rose related and seasonal surprises every month, we can't spoil it for you, but rest assured as part of interGIN, interHAMPER and interBALLOON we are here to delight and if we find something rose related we love, whatever it is, we can and do include it.

What exactly do you get in each Rose Club Box?

Well apart from the surprise unique rose variety we also include additional info about the rose we have sent alongside some unique rose related and seasonal surprises every month, we can't spoil it for you, but rest assured as part of interGIN, interHAMPER and interBALLOON we are here to delight and if we find something rose related we love, whatever it is, we can and do include it.

Can I add extra items to my order when ordering a Rose Club membership or Year of Rose Gift?

Yes you can, our unique order form will allow you to add extras that will only be included as part of your 1st delivery, all subsequent Rose Club deliveries will then simply revert back to normal.

When can I have my order delivered?

It's entirely up to you, it doesn't matter what you order from us, we deliver 7 days a week and have timed options available too.

Can I order over the telephone?

Yes, simply call call 0800 808 ROSE(7673) or if overseas call +44 1502 564488 during our working hours of 9am–5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am–4pm on Saturdays
(Unfortunately, we are currently not open on Saturdays due to the global pandemic) . Please note there are times when we may be too busy to take your call so leave us a message and we will get back to you ASAP.

Can I add a message to my order?

Yes you sure can, it's what we do, gifting is our bag and we even have some suggestions if you're stuck, look out for them on our order form.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?

No, we only deliver to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland currently.

My order arrived damaged?

Oh blast, so sorry, it is so frustrating when our orders arrive damaged – for us as well as you! All we ask is that you snap a few quick photos of it to capture the damaged items as clearly as possible – including the inside and outside of your box, as well as the packing label and send them to our customer care team within 2 days of receiving them and we'll do all we can to help.

What are your accepted Payment methods?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Maestro, Electron, JCB and PayPal for all orders, however for all recurring Rose Club memberships we are unable to accept PayPal and this method of payment will not be made available at the time of ordering.

Can I pre-order weeks or months in advance?

Yes, we accept orders up to 12 months in advance but please bear in mind that payment will be taken at the time of your order.

I've been sent a gift anonymously, can you tell me who it's from?

Unfortunately, under the terms of the Data Protection Act we are not at liberty to disclose customer details held in our database. We will however contact our customer on your behalf letting them know your concerns if that's what you wish.
