Can I order over the telephone?
Yes most of the time, simply call 0800 808 ROSE(7673) or if overseas call +44 1502 564488 during our working hours of 9.30am–5pm Monday to Friday or 9.30am–3pm on a Saturday. However during peak times and on rare occasions during the day we may be are unable to offer this service and we will ask you to leave a message so we can get back to you ASAP.
Can I add a message to my order?
Yes, you sure can, it's what we do, gifting is our bag and we even have some suggestions if you're stuck, look out for them on our order form.
Can you deliver outside of the UK?
No, we only deliver to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland currently.
My order arrived damaged?
Oh blast, so sorry, it is so frustrating when our orders arrive damaged – for us as well as you! All we ask is that you snap a few quick photos of it to capture the damaged items as clearly as possible and send them to our customer delight team within 3 days of receiving them and we'll asort it, no worries..
What happens if the recipient isn't in?
All our delivery methods are sent with instructions to leave safe or with a neighbour if no one is in. However, it must be noted that if the delivery driver deems it unsafe or cannot find an immediate neighbour than your order may be taken back to the depot and a while you were out card will be left. If this is not acceptable and you either prefer a signed for delivery or have additional instructions, please inform us via the "Additional Comments" text box provided when you place your order.
Can I pre-order weeks or months in advance?
Yes, we accept orders up to 12 months in advance but please bear in mind that payment will be taken at the time of your order.
I've been sent a gift anonymously; can you tell me who it's from?
Unfortunately, under the terms of the Data Protection Act we are not at liberty to disclose customer details held in our database. We will however contact our customer on your behalf letting them know your concerns if that's what you wish.
