Your 1st payment is taken when you place the order and the recurring payment of either £24.00 (single rose) or £44.00 (12 roses) only (not the amount you may have paid if you have added extras) will be taken on the 26th of the month preceding your next delivery date as detailed above.
Example: Say you order a 2-monthly subscription and select January 23rd as your first delivery date. Because that's after the 18th of the month your first subscription order will arrive the first week of April and the payment will come out on the 26th March.

After an initial commitment of 2 Rose Club deliveries you can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden charges. If however you decide to cancel your subscription before the 2nd delivery arrives then we will deem your 1st delivery was intended as a One-Off gift and charge you the difference between the discounted cost of the recurring Rose Club Subscription and either £29 for a single rose and £59 for a bouquet. We do this to prevent the misuse of our introductory Rose Club special offers.

All we ask is that you snap a few quick photos of it to capture the damaged items as clearly as possible – including the inside and outside of your box, as well as the packing label and send them to our customer care team within 2 days of receiving them and we'll do all we can to help.
